Arthur M. Smith was born in North Greece, New York, on December 15th of either 1892 or 1893. Arthur was inducted into the United States Army in Spencerport, New York, on September 7, 1917, and discharged on July 3, 1919. He passed away in Hilton, New York, on March 2, 1977.
