Frank was born on November 1, 1892. He enlisted into the United States Marines twice, and served between May 7, 1909, and May 1913. After the April 6, 1917, declaration of war, Frank enlists into the United States Marines on April 7, 1917, and would serve until discharge on April 6, 1920. Frank passed away on August 1, 1943.
