I identified printing issues in April of 2019 for With Our Boys – Honor Roll, and have been working with Kindle Direct Publishing for eight months to receive resolution.
I was notified by KDP that orders placed after 2 January 2020 will no longer have defects. However, for orders that were placed prior that have a cover with a one-inch white space on the bottom, pages glued together, or any other defect, please note this is an issue with a KDP contracted printer in Rhode Island.
Please, if you received a defective print, reach out to Amazon’s customer service department at 888.280-4331, report the defective book and request a new copy. You may need to send an email with a photo, numbers and print location from the last page of the book.
